Pricing
Upon signing the confirmation form with CheerCandles.com, you group agrees to sell Scentinel Candles for the prices listed per candle on the brochures. With the sale of every candle, your group will receive $6.00. Your group will be selling candles from the sales brochure, for resale in the fundraising project. In no way is your group acting as an agent of Scentinel Candle.
Shipping Charges
On orders of 200 candles or greater, shipping is free. If you have less than 200 candles, you will be charged according to the weight of the order and shipping location. If you need expedited shipping or other exceptions, please notify CheerCandles.com when the order is placed. Once your order is received, there is a 2-3 week production time before shipping. Candles arrive presorted and boxed by participant.
CheerCandles.com will send you an order confirmation email with the tracking information. Packages will be sent through DHL or UPS.
Payment Methods
A Payment method must be set up with CheerCandles.com before delivery can take place.

Before shipping:
Most Major Credit Cards: Payments before shipping can be made on a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card.
Money Order or Cashier’s Check
Public Schools only:
Due upon receipt with a purchase order number provided before shipping
Net 30 for a school check
Profit from candle sales are $6.00 per candle. During the fundraiser, payment is made to your organization. You are responsible to pay the remaining $13.00 per candle to CheerCandles.com through one of the payment options listed above. We will contact you with the amount due before shipping.
Replacement
Scentinel Candle strives to maintain a high quality control to ensure that accurate orders are delivered with a superior candle product. In the event that there are damaged goods or an incomplete order, please contact CheerCandles.com within 72 hours of receipt of delivery or two business days, whichever is greater. Reports of damaged orders received after the 72 hours cannot be replaced. Damaged items will need to be returned with original carton and packaging materials.
